Agua de Jamaica Hibiscus Water Recipe
A refreshing and tangy drink made from dried hibiscus flowers, perfect for hot days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar adjust to taste
1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
2. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the hibiscus flowers and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
5. Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Serve over ice.
