Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi tuna, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, combine Ahi tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings.
