Ahi Fish Burgers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ahi tuna, finely chopped
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
In a bowl, combine Ahi tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into 4 patties.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings.
