Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 egg Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Water (for egg wash)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a rope and form into a bagel shape.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the bagels.
  5. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let the bagels cool slightly before serving.
