  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Onion, diced
  • ½ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. 3. Stir in the cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  5. 5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
  6. 6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
