  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk any kind
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
