Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
