Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
- 1 cup Salami sliced
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts quartered
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, salami, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and roasted red peppers.
2. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
3. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
