- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 unit Apple peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add oats, apple, cinnamon, and salt. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
