Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 5 more sheets.
Spread the apple mixture along one edge of the dough. Roll up the dough, tucking in the ends.
Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
