Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts optional
  • 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 5 more sheets.
  4. Spread the apple mixture along one edge of the dough. Roll up the dough, tucking in the ends.
  5. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
