- 4 cups Arugula
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
