  • 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 1 Avocado ripe, sliced
  • 2 Eggs fried or scrambled
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting bread
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Toast the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, cook the eggs to your liking (fried or scrambled).
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwich: Place avocado slices on one piece of toast, add the cooked egg, top with cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Cover with the second piece of toast.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
