  • 4 Eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
  4. 4. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
