Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a rub.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
  8. Brush BBQ sauce all over the ribs.
  9. Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10-15 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
