Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 unit Eggs large
  • 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. Spread the cooked and crumbled bacon evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
