Bacon Milk Gravy for Biscuits

Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Add the flour to the bacon drippings and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the gravy thickens. Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
