Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 units eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dried fruit optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in dried fruit if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
