Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 units eggs beaten
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dried fruit optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in dried fruit if using.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into bars.
