Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and dried basil to the saucepan. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and marinara sauce. Mix well.
Transfer half of the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Add the remaining pasta mixture to the baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
