Dry Rub
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
Mix all dry rub ingredients together in a bowl.
Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Unwrap the ribs and brush them with barbecue sauce.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, basting with more sauce as needed.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
