- 4 pounds Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
