  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
