Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and onion.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
