  • 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 Kummelweck rolls
  • 1 cup Beef au jus
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
  3. Slice the kummelweck rolls and spread horseradish on the bottom halves.
  4. Place warm roast beef on the rolls, dip the top halves in au jus, and cover the sandwiches.
  5. Serve immediately with extra au jus on the side.
