Beef Stroganoff Recipe
A classic Russian dish made with tender beef and a creamy mushroom sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package Egg noodles, cooked
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
2. Add beef strips, cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
4. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
5. Return beef to skillet, add sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
