Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
Sprinkle flour over the drippings in the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Return sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
Pour sausage gravy over the biscuits.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
