Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the drippings in the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour sausage gravy over the biscuits.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
