Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and salsa.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the rice mixture, black beans, and shredded cheese onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
