Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1.5 cups Blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
