Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the red wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Add the crushed tomatoes and milk. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
