Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale bread works best
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Place the cubed bread in a baking dish and pour the milk mixture over the bread. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
