Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless
 - 1 cup Breadcrumbs
 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
 - 2 pieces Eggs beaten
 - ½ cup Flour
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Black pepper
 - ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
 
 
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Fry the pork chops in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
