  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set.
  4. 4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
