Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Recipe
A delicious and sweet bubble tea made with brown sugar and chewy tapioca pearls.

- ½ cup tapioca pearls
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat the pearls.
4. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two serving glasses.
5. Pour milk over the tapioca pearls and syrup. Stir well and serve.
