Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, buffalo chicken mixture, and more cheese. Place another slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
