Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Ribeye, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and onion.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to coat the beef with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until it's browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
