- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
