Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad with a homemade dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately.
