Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Top each chicken breast with sliced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
