Ingredients

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 lbs Flank Steak

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
