Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 lbs Flank Steak
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
