  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the salmon fillets on the soaked cedar plank.
  5. 5. Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. 6. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
