- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for a minute or until the edges start to set.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
