- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Vinegar white or cane vinegar
- 1 head Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 3 pcs Bay Leaves
1. In a large pot, combine chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
2. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
