Chicken and Rice Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
