  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Rice uncooked
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the rice and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
