Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 piece Lemon sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the rice and fish sauce. Stir well.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and lemon slices.
