Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Cube Steaks
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. In another dish, whisk together buttermilk and eggs.
3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the buttermilk mixture, and finally dredge again in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove steaks and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
