Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven.
  5. 5. Assemble the gyros by placing chicken, tzatziki sauce, tomato, red onion, and lettuce on the pita bread.
  6. 6. Fold the pita bread and serve immediately.
