Chicken Marsala Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish made with chicken cutlets, mushrooms, and Marsala wine.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Flour for dredging
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
6. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
