Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Spread mayonnaise on bolillo rolls. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried chicken.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
