Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Bolillo rolls, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on bolillo rolls. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and fried chicken.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
