Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
