Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Egg Noodles
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken breast and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
5. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
6. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
