  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Salsa for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken evenly over the cheese.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with another tortilla.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. 6. Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
