Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 whole Soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add shredded chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4. Add baby spinach to the broth and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour broth and chicken over noodles.
  6. 6. Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
